We categorize our scooters by age group: the Mini Micro is ideal for ages 2-5, the Maxi Micro for ages 5-12, and our two-wheeled or stunt scooters for teens and adults. Check our size guide for weight limits and handlebar heights.
What is the shipping timeframe for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do Micro Kickboard scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our scooters come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. This covers structural components but does not include wear and tear on wheels, grips, or brake pads.
Can I replace individual parts on my scooter?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sustainability. We stock a full range of replacement parts—from wheels and bearings to brakes and decks—so you can repair your scooter instead of replacing it.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization and receive instructions.
