At Micro Kickboard, we want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Scooter

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer's box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
